Customer Service Representative
We are a growing Independent Insurance Agency looking for a customer service representative to join our team. This role would be suitable for an experienced customer service representative, preferably someone who has previously worked in the insurance environment but is not required. We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist Agents with Clients
- Converse with customers by telephone or in-person in order to help with questions or concerns.
- Documentation of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
- Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints.
- Assists clients with making coverage changes.
- Handle Payments on accounts.
- Answering Phones.
