● Keep it clean! It is every Technician's role to ensure that every customer's vehicle is as clean as when it arrived, to clean any messes and properly dispose of fluids before/after each job, to maintain equipment, report any equipment malfunctions or concerns immediately, and to take out any trash, as needed.
● Go with the flow! As an Automotive Technician, you should be familiar with what an efficient workflow looks like. Of course, things happen beyond our control that can inhibit that workflow, but you’ll be expected to work around such “Roadblocks” to the best of your ability.
