Math Instructional Coach

High School (9-12)

START DATE:  2022/2023 School Year

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Math Instructional Coach performs a critical role of support for new teachers in learning best practices and getting acclimated to the District. This position will support all first and second year teachers as they refine their skills.


  • Completed a Bachelor’s Degree program at an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of successful classroom teaching
  • Valid Missouri Certification in Math
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to successfully work with teachers in a collaborative coaching/mentoring role
  • Knowledge about principles of effective math instruction and use of assessment in math instruction
  • Training in math instruction and/or coaching
