We are looking for an Optometric Technician to join our growing team. The Optometric Technician assists the Optometrist by conducting pre-testing prior to the doctor's examination.

This position does not require optical experience or certification, training is provided!

Ensure high-quality patient care.

Understand ocular terminology and diseases.

Complete necessary computer work and perform testing on patients prior to doctor examination.

Perform special testing and retinal screenings.

Review prescriptions and/or patient information. 

Assist with answering phones and other duties and positions as knowledge progresses.

Previous retail/optical experience is preferred, but not required.

Strong customer service skills.
