Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Employment Services program and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
• Supervise Employment Specialists.
• Work closely with the local business community to identify and create employment opportunities.
• Data collection/reporting and budget development/adherence.
• Work cooperatively with Vocational Rehabilitation and the Lincoln County School Districts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree qualifying as a QDDP.
• 5+ years of experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
