Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Experience in client services or administrative roles (Insurance experience preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Client Assistance: Provide outstanding support to insurance clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Policy Management: Assist in processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain and update accurate client records and policy details.
