Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Salary Range: $50,000- $56,000

ABOUT US:
At CASA of Lincoln & Pike Counties, Inc., we believe every child navigating the foster care system deserves best interest advocacy. Our mission is to recruit, train, and support court-appointed community volunteers who advocate for our community’s foster children and amplify their voices. 

THE ROLE:
We are looking for a relational, compassionate leader to serve as our Executive Director to help build out and establish this new CASA program. More than managing budgets or spreadsheets, this role is about people: inspiring community members to support our cause, nurturing relationships with court and social service partners, and supporting a passionate team dedicated to changing children's lives.
