A highly motivated, organized individual who's experienced in efficiently managing multiple crews. They would be responsible for the day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning material logistics before the start of each job, fleet maintenance, and basic office duties. They need to be able to work with customers, current employees (crews), and office admin. This person needs to be able to be a part of the team and be friendly without being their "friend". Hours will vary by season, but this person needs to be there half an hour before the rest of the crew. 

Pay based on value-added with benefits

Duties: 

• Have the different machines checked, prepped, loaded & fueled for the next day
• Collect receipts weekly
• Handly any maintenance concerns (process)
• Keeping jobs organized and on schedule
• Managing crews which includes discipline, and keeping the guys accountable
• Establishing start/end times
• Daily mowing/landscaping jobs and work to do alongside the team

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a background test
