Full job description
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and greet customers with a warm, helpful attitude
- Schedule and manage service appointments for our technicians using our scheduling software (FieldRoutes)
- Communicate daily with our team of technicians to coordinate routes and job details
- Follow up with customers on quotes, service confirmations, and reminders
- Handle billing questions, process payments, and update customer account records
- Respond to customer emails and online inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with maintaining accurate customer files and service history
- Support office operations — ordering supplies, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Help manage the office's calendar and coordinate technician schedules
- Occasionally assist with reviews, follow-up outreach, or other customer touchpoints
