Full job description

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and greet customers with a warm, helpful attitude
  • Schedule and manage service appointments for our technicians using our scheduling software (FieldRoutes)
  • Communicate daily with our team of technicians to coordinate routes and job details
  • Follow up with customers on quotes, service confirmations, and reminders
  • Handle billing questions, process payments, and update customer account records
  • Respond to customer emails and online inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist with maintaining accurate customer files and service history
  • Support office operations — ordering supplies, filing, and general administrative tasks
  • Help manage the office's calendar and coordinate technician schedules
  • Occasionally assist with reviews, follow-up outreach, or other customer touchpoints
