We are a well-established contracting company based in the O’Fallon area with over 7 years of experience and now growing into Crystal City. As we prepare for a busy spring season, we are looking to add motivated, reliable, and local Project Representatives to our growing team.

This commission based role is ideal for individuals who are professional, driven, and enjoy working directly with homeowners while managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss project needs and provide solutions
• Manage inbound and outbound sales leads
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes in company systems
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Represent the company professionally at all times
