Overview:
Shielded by Faith Recover Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Supervisor to oversee the residents enrolled in our year-long faith-based recovery program. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and leadership to individuals on their journey to recovery. This position involves managing schedules, medication administration, and volunteer coordination to ensure the smooth operation of the recovery program. 

Responsibilities:

• Resident Oversight 
  • Provide daily supervision and support to residents participating in the year-long faith-based recovery program.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages residents to actively engage in their recovery journey.
    
    
• Schedule Management
  • Develop and maintain a structured daily schedule for residents, including therapeutic activities, group sessions, and individual counseling.
  • Ensure that residents adhere to the established schedule and address any issues or deviations promptly.
    
    
• Medication Administration
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to manage and administer residents' medications according to prescribed schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration, including dosage and any observed side effects.
    
    
• Volunteer Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support various aspects of the recovery program. 
  • Collaborate with volunteers to enhance the overall experience for residents and provide additional resources.
    
    
• Crisis Intervention
  • Be prepared to handle crisis situations and emergencies, providing immediate support and coordinating appropriate responses.
    
    
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Maintain open and effective communication with residents, staff, volunteers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to address any program-related challenges and contribute to continuous improvement.
    
    
• Documentation
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of resident progress, incidents, and any significant developments.
  • Complete and submit required reports in a timely manner.
    
    

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of addiction recovery principles and faith-based approaches.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with residents and stakeholders.
